Print and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your new exchange items within 7-10 business days.
